Hi

I'm 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and been getting really painful braxton hicks since 32 weeks , I suffer with SPD and in previous pregnancys have suffered with colestasis.

Anyway to cut a long story short , ended up in hospital yesterday with severe itching I felt like I wanted to peel my skin off along with feeling dizzy, sick and a metallicy taste in my mouth for them to take blood tests that come back clear .

I've been getting what can only be described as stabbing pains in my lady bits and feeling like my little monkey is trying to scratch his way out . After returning home from the hospital I had a little bit of a show but it wasn't blood stained. N still getting these braxton hicks .

You would of thought this being my 4th child I'd know what to expect but my last pregnancy I was very poorly and went from being a size 24 to a 12 so I've never felt half as much as what I'm feeling now.

But I'm starting to get really fed up now n need any advice possibly to try n start this labour as I'm in agony with both the braxton hicks and the SPD . I've never had a smooth pregnancy but I've seriously had enough now !!!!!!! Please help me see light at the end of the tunnel .

Sorry for ranting :-)

Paracetamol, warm bath and a cuppa. If the pain doesn't lessen at all then back to hospital with you as BH shouldn't be that painful and should fade.
Best wishes for an easy sneezy birth for you and that the pain goes really soon.
