Sick of sleeping on my sides

Hmm Anyone else feeling this way too...? I keep waking up feeling exhausted Sad I'm 32 weeks. If anyone has any help or suggestions, they'd be much appreciated. I'm struggling sleeping on my back as I get breathless every now and then

A pillow under one hip might allow you to sleep more on your back. It will tilt your lower pelvis enough that it should prevent the breathlessness. I'm 41 weeks almost and have a 3 yo who isn't sleeping well, so I've been exhausted for months too Confused

One hip? Why not both? Will give it a go though. Am so tired I can't drift off into a deep sleep Sad

One hip yes. So that you are slightly tilted and not laying flat on your back and so aren't feeling breathless.

Have you tried a big pregnancy pillow (shaped like a banana) it helps and you can use it for getting comfy when feeding afterwards.

I folded a double duvet in half and slept on top of it. This gave a softer cushion for my hips and they didn't ache as much. I also used to sleep with a pillow under my bump and one between my legs.

Since 20 weeks I've been sleeping with a v shape pillow between my knees. Otherwise I get hideous leg/hip/back pain.
