Am I showing signs of labour?

I'm 37w and I've been having period pains and lower back ache, not contractions, I remember what they felt like with my dd. But I just feel so sick I can't even look at food, feel so tired and dizzy, been to the toilet about 4 times, but it's not runny just soft sorry TMI. I can't really remember the signs with my daughter. I'm measuring 2 weeks ahead and my mw thinks baby will be early, and that he is a big baby. What are the signs of labour being near?

I would call your Mw. Any change in movements should be checked out.

It could be very early signs of labour certainly sounds possible.

Thank you, my daughter has an appointment this afternoon anyway so I will ask while I'm
There. Got a midwife appointment tomorrow too. I just have such a strong feeling this baby will be early

I hope it isn't the start of labour, I will be exactly 37 weeks on Saturday,so I not full term just yet.. Im booked at a birth centre and you can only deliver there from 37w. I've also been given different due dates. 10th,13th and 15th feb. But been told to use the 15th as my date. But each scan has shown different.

I'm 39 & 3 days.

I keep thinking labour is coming.

Had tightenings at the weekend and braxton hicks ever since.

Constipation yesterday morning. Diahorrea all last night.

Baby is quieter than usual. Still strong movements when awake but sleeping a lot more than usual.

But nope, nothing. No labour.

I've given up looking for signs.

i had that type of thing for several weeks with my first and my bodys playing same tricks on me now.

for some people, it can be the start of things, for others, its just the body warming up for the big event.

make sure you are prepared but try!!! not to obsess constantly think about it.

keep us posted.
