uppababy vista travel systems

are uppababy vista worth the money? I am looking at travel system at the moment and I have heard good reviews
I was also looking at oyster s but the have such mixed review

I have the Vista and love it, I would highly recommend. The only cons (if any) are that it's not the lightest and the back end is quite wide, but from the others I looked at before buying they were also all quite wide.

I have the vista (dd now 8 months) and it is great, I would definitely recommend it. However, it is quite bulky and wide - very light to push and easy to manoeuvre, but if you were going to be using it regularly on public transport, or getting it in and out of a car boot frequently, you might struggle.
The big basket underneath is awesome and means I have never had to hang bags off the handle!

We're really pleased with it too and would echo the other comments about a wide rear end. I push mine up a long steep hill at least twice a week and its great to push. Baby is still quite small but it pushes so smoothly.

The Vista is the best pushchair I've owned. My friend has the Oyster but I don't like pushing it and neither does she! The seat unit is much, much nicer on the Vista. I walk 4 miles a day on the school run, plus whatever walking I do in between drop off and pick up time and it's lovely to push and my DS is very comfortable (I also gave in and bought the snack tray so on bad mornings he could eat breakfast in it). I can't drive a car so the shopping basket is fantastic for me when I walk to the shop. Definitely go for the Vista if you'll be walking any long distances

We have got a Vista. But I am 40+ weeks and still waiting for our baby to be born so we can use it! Heard such good things about it that I had to get one.

I've got a vista! One of the best hings I've bought for my baby. He's now 14 months and I still love it and still use it everyday. A couple of my friends are now on their 2nd or 3rd pushchairs having bought something they don't like in the first place.

I'd recommendit in a heart beat!

I'm also champing at the bit to use my vista!! It was streets ahead of most of the others in kiddicare when we tried them out and no surprise extras (like £25 for carseat adapters) needed.

I've made poor DH unpack and repack at least 3 times so I can play demonstrate to GPs.

There's some good package deals online with maxi cosi carseats included.

I have a Vista and its fantastic. We walk our dogs every day and have found this brilliant to use off road as well as on footpaths. Because its light I've been able to manage getting it in & out of my car no problems even when heavily pregnant with DC2.

I'm about to order the buggy board for DS to use so we can still go out for our lovely long walks.

Love love love my Vista. The bassinet is just beautiful. The design is great. Wonderful to push.

I've been on buses plenty of times with it, had no problems. It can be tricky fitting through narrow shop doors, but first world problems eh?!?

I have one & love it. It took me a few days to get the hang of folding it up but now it's dead easy. I take it on long walks on a bumpy bike path by our house with no hassle. I got the Izzy go BeSafe car seat as well & with a small adaptor that fits on it nicely.

I've got one too, waiting to use it! For us it had the edge in most areas over all of the other prams.

They don't have to be as expensive as they appear, i got mine from kiddicare with a discount code and extra quidco cashback over Xmas so it is possible to knock a fair amount off!

I was looking at second hand vistas but have bought new, I like the fact I could probably sell it in 2 years for 400 if I wanted.
Which? rate it as one of the top brands. When I searched the Internet I could barely find a bad word about it.

Has anyone found the cover gets watermarked even when using the plastic rain cover?

Have a Vista and haven't hsd issues with watermarks. We have the Lindsry Wheta colour and it's fine and even been in rain without the rain over when we forgot it - ooppps.
