31 weeks pregnant and in a lot of pain

I know Google can be your worst enemy when you're worried but I am in pain and couldn't help myself.

I have been having diarrhea for the past two days, accompanied with lower back pain, increase in discharge and cramps in my lower belly. I've read the worst saying it's signs of preterm labour but I'm pretty sure it's not that.

I'm 32 weeks on Tuesday and was wondering if others have felt like this around this time?

I've not, though that's now to say its not normal. But based on the symptoms you've described, you should give your midwife a call. It probably isn't pre-term labour but just in case, the sooner it's identified then as I understand the greater your chance it can be stopped.

I would say contact midwife too, might be a simple as a UTI, best to get checked.
