Early movement feelings (16weeks) - side effect of motion sickness?

I have felt a few unusual things the past week or so, but I haven't been convinced whether they are movements or not. It wouldn't surprise me if they are (but wouldn't surprise me if it's just gas!) Smile

My first trimester nausea disappear about 4weeks ago. This week every morning I have felt really sick. My stomach is churning (but doesn't appear to be a bug or any other toilet related issues!) and I feel unwell - the closest thing I can explain it as is car sickness.

The only way I can cope is to lay really still for the first couple of hours of the day before I start getting ready for work (Which I can do as DH gets up at the crack of dawn!)

Has anyone experienced this? Do you think it might be a side effect of baby movements! Or something else?

All I can say is that I have felt all 3 of my dc from 12-15 weeks, and I describe it like very bad gut rot, the feeling you get when you have eaten too much rich food and need to go and empty your bowels pronto, sorry:)!!! At this stage they are so small but are moving vigorously, somersaulting etc, so you could well be feeling baby move.
