Accidentally drank alcohol - desperate for reassurance

I'm 8 + 4 weeks pregnant. I was out for a meal with and I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail of grapefruit juice and soda water. Several gulps in I suddenly realised that it tasted alcoholic so I asked the waitress who went to check and confirmed that a mistake had been made. The barman had used sparkling wine rather than sparkling water. I'm so upset and annoyed with myself for a) ordering a non alcoholic cocktail and b) not realising sooner.

Please can someone reassure me that a very small amount of alcohol isn't a problem? I'm feeling miserable.

Penguins - you're right, I hadn't thought about what would happen if they'd served it to a recovering alcoholic or someone with religious reasons for not drinking...

I had a quiet word with the waitress who couldn't have been more apologetic but I'm wondering whether I should contact the owner about it? I didn't want to get anyone in trouble over what was probably a one off mistake.

I might well succumb to a tiny snifter of Baileys...

Oh OP bless. Here, borrow my grip! Damm these over the top woman hating alcohol policies from the NHS.

On a different note, imagine if you had been the designated driver and had a couple of glasses of this non alcoholic cocktail.
Although you will be absolutely fine the restaurant really should be more careful.
