Hello ladies,

Apologise if this is way TMI but I feel very sore, swollen and tender down below? I'm aware this could be normal nearing the end niggles but it's getting steadily worse .... To make you all aware I'm still working (I'm a dance teacher) so I'm not really sure if it's due to me still excersisng and jumping around like a loon ball with pupils (age from 3 to 15) so really active midwife says it's fine to keep going till I feel I can't. Just looking to see if anyone has any experience of this kind of pain or any advice? Sorry for the long post x

Lovely birth story in the latest edition of Mother and Baby magazine from a mum in Harpenden singing the praises of HypnoBirthing and how it helped her despite being induced for labour.Anyone else had this kind of experience?

hi, I had this was very swollen and sore particularly at the end of the day. mine stopped completely when I went on maternity leave and I've not had it back yet. was a lot worse when I'd been active.

I could but that costs money instead of makes it. Plus I enjoy seeing the girls every week an dont want them to lose out, I have an assistant so maybe just need to let her do a bit more! Thanks for the advice ladies! Good to know its just maybe over doing it rather than impending labour! X
