11 weeks fluttering/popping sensation

Hi so as the title suggests I am 11 weeks and all day have been having fluttering popping sensations in my lower tummy area. This is my first pregnancy and I didn't expect to feel anything for a good while so have been taken a back. I also used my doppler and where the flutters were and kept getting short burst of a fast heartbeat and swooshing noises. So my question is does this sound like baby movements? And would you think I could be feeling them this early? Many thanks x

It most definitely could be!

I fist felt my DD at 12 weeks, very similar to how you described. I wasn't sure at first if it were wind but after a little look at my books I realised that yes, you can feel baby move at around about 12 weeks.

Enjoy!

I'd have thought you were a far too early for that, but the swooshing sounds you're hearing are the baby moving, so I guess if the popping sensations you're feeling coincide with them, you may well be right. How exciting! You must be bloody sensitive though (not that I'm jealous or owt lol - still unsure I've definitely felt any movement at 17 weeks!) - it's still pretty tiny atm!
