prob tmi but advice greatly appreciated please - 11wks preg cramps & slight pink discharge

11 wks in the morn. Been experiencing cramps most of today & yday. Everytime I stand up today im light headed dizzy for a few secs. Felt really queasy last night and this morn. Had to keep sitting down with water to try make it pass. Went for a pee tonight and normal discharge ever so slightly pale pale pink. Worried :s had thought the cramps were just being bloated/constipated but the ever so slightly pink discharge has freaked me out. Got my first scan at 9wks so next one wont be til March. Also due to go to france on Saturday

I'd call your MW first thing tomorrow, or consider going to the EPU to see if you can get another scan for reassurance before you go away.

Everything crossed that it's all fine OP and the pink discharge is just hormone changes.
