Really painful nasal passages

Has anyone had this? Seems worse this time round. The inside of my nose is so sore I can't breathe through it at night. In desperation I stuck Vaseline up it last night but didn't hugely help. I am barely getting any sleep and running round after a toddler is finishing me off!

Any suggestions as to what to do would be gratefully received!

I have that but it's really dry as well. I'm using a saline spray and finding it's helping a bit.

Sounds like pregnancy rhinitis - I've have had it constantly from 12 week onwards. Have had to use olbas oil every night because otherwise it's been impossible for me to sleep (was waking up every 10-15 minutes .) The jury seems to be out on whether you can use olbas oil in pregnancy or not - but my midwife said I'd be doing the baby more harm by spending 6 months seriously sleep deprived...

Have also bought a humidifier from Argos which helps a little. (Central heating makes it worse...)

I've had this and resorted to having to sleep with my mouth open wakening up with a horrible dry mouth. Also wake up sneezing! My nose is either really dry and sore or really runny. Cant win with it at the min

Thanks all and sorry to hear of others suffering too! Will give the spray a go. Nose isn't blocked to need Olbas just super sore.

I've been using the nasal plasters that open your nose up a bit - they help me sleep through a little better.

I'll do you a swap? Mine's not sore, but I've been sneezing constantly instead and it's driving me insane !

The saline spray seems to be working. I got a decent night last night for the first time in over a week and boy do I feel like a different person today!!
