I'm nearly 33 weeks and can't stop worrying about what should be normal in terms of baby movement. Some days I have loads and some days I have little. I'm desperate to know what others experiences are...
I have been in twice before for monitoring as I've had particularly quiet days and all has been totally fine both times, but I'm just getting bored of all my worrying!
Thank you...

ten individual movements. was always told any less then ring a mw. but there are days when I was working ( off on ml now) that I didnt always pay attention as I hadnt time then freaked out and as mentioned by others had been on the verge of calling mw then the skitter would start moving

It's 10 movements excluding hiccups in a 2 hr window.

What the Count The Kicks campaign encourages is looking at a 2hr window a day for a week to help understand a pattern. IE if you are usually feeling lots of an evening you may want to count between 6pm & 8pm for 7 days & then try another window the following week.
