I had an EMCS just over two years ago which healed well and has given me no issues.
When I first got pregnant this time around I had some twanging sensations along my scar and at various points in the pregnancy I've had a mild uncomfortable feeling along it, like its being stretched (which, obviously, it is) but nothing actually painful, just uncomfortable.
I'm now 32+3 and three times in the last week I've had sudden and intense pain along my scar. The first time I was at the bus stop (thankfully on my own), I stood up for the bus coming and the sudden pain was bad enough to actually make me cry out and sit straight back down. I put it down to maybe ligaments, going from sitting to standing, etc but on Christmas Day it happened again and then last night watching TV with DH it started hurting again - for a period of around twenty minutes it was throbbing and burning enough to have me shuffling around in my seat making wimpy little 'mm' noises.
Has anyone had anything similar? This is my third pregnancy but first since the section so I've no previous experience of pregnancy after a caesarean.
