I had this in my pregnancy. It was an implantation bleed. The aches and stuff was just general baby growing I think. Suddenly when you're pregnant you're aware of every twinge. Probably even more so if you've suffered miscarriages.
I have everything crossed that this is an implantation bleed and nothing more. Good luck Smile

I think everyone is different. I had a small bit of brown spotting one day. I didn't know I was pregnant yet, I assumed it was my period. Nothing on the second day. Spotting again on day 3. Then that was it and a healthy normal pregnancy. She's now 4 and out swimming Grin

I agree with sticky that it is implantation bleeding, the twinges are all about hormone changes.
It's so easy to say keep calm, but the test will undoubtedly help.

I was in your situation and I can't pretend that the fear will go away until later in the pregnancy but you will get to relax and enjoy this soon

I had two faint lines on a First Response, then a positive on Clearblue digital later that day. Had spotting for the next two days, and slight cramps / twinges. Currently at 8+6 and everything appears fine (no more spotting / cramps). Fingers crossed for sticky babies x

Fingers crossed that your pregnancy continues to be healthy :) iv rested with my feet up most of the day..so im hopeing tomorrow it would have stopped!! Do you need to have a full bleed to have a miscarriage? Thank you all...sending you all baby dust..???

No you can miscarry with no bleeding at all. fresh bright red blood is usually not a good sign but brown can be old blood or plantation bleeding. It is quite normal to experience spotting in early pregnancy x
