My Dsis has been on it through two pregnancies for lupus. Two lovely healthy children to show for with one early miscarriage inbetween. Rheumatologist was happy for her to be on it but not to breastfeed due to meds and fatigue. Her milk never came in either time despite help from lactation consultants etc.

Hello, I was on this but stopped before I tried to conceive. I took sulphasalazine for a while into my pregnancy before coming off all meds. I didn't need any of my ra medication until my arthritis came back when my daughter was 6 months old.

I called a helpline when I had to go back on meds but was reassured that the medications I re-started where compatible with breastfeeding.

I was told to stop it before trying to conceive. Pregnancy has been really good to my autoimmune condition though so (tough wood) I have been relatively well. I think it's one of those weigh up the benefits vs the risks medicines and in my case the doctor thought i was better off it. I've had emergency steroids on standby if I flare up as well.

I've been prescribed Planequil FOR pregnancy. Apparently it has no negative impact on the baby. I was prescribed it by the Miscarriage Clinic after having recurrent miscarriages and took it from ovulation until 25 weeks pregnant with my little boy. As an immune modulator it's thought to help in cases where people have been diagnosed with a high level of natural killer cells - where the immune system fights the foetus as a foreign object. I know this is probably irrelevant to you but just saying in terms of pregnancy it is meant to be fine.
