Does anyone know if they typically book you in for 38 or 39 weeks? Consultant says he will give me a date at my 34w appointment but work need to know when I'll be going on maternity leave!

I am booked in for an ELCS at 39 weeks. Generally unless medically required most hospitals book ELCS after 39 weeks (NISCE guidelines). This is to ensure baby's lings are fully ready.
