I am soooooo fed up.

4th pregnancy although over a decade since the last.

I'm sneezing all the time. Taking anti histamines as prescribed plus nasal spray but if my bladder is anywhere near full I wet myself when I sneeze. It's horrible. Makes me feel dirty and run down and staying fresh at work or on my two plus hour drive there and back is almost impossible.

Not sure there are any cures. Anyone else had this?

yes i have it, sneezing like a goddamn lunatic. Mainly in bed. I've just gotten dust allergy pillows, and hoovered my bed and did a large scale dusting last weekend. It has helped somewhat. Ihad a load of books beside my bed which i removed and dusted down.. so annoying.

Make sure you're doing the pelvic floor exercises too though, especially after 3 already! (just remembered myself so have done 10 while typing now!)

Poor you! I can't suggest anything to stop you sneezing, but you are in good company with the incontinence. The latest NICE report on the subject estimates that 2/3 of women have the problem but fewer than 2% could be 'known' to the NHS. An appalling situation that has its roots in the fact that there is an unwillingness by all concerned (including mums themselves) to confront the issues. Basically, it boils down to the fact that the advice you are given about pelvic floor exercise is just not fit for purpose. The largest clinical trial on the subject showed that 85% of cases could be cured in 2 weeks but no-one tells you about that. They would rather sell you designer oncontinence pads for the rest of your life!!! If you want to know why buy The Kegel Legacy on Amazon. The best £1.99 you will ever spend!
