Hey, I'm new to all of this so hopefully doing it right lol.

I am now officially a month 'late' I have been feeling nausea's, fatigued, urinating more, my lower back has been painful recently and currently I'm feeling 'uncomfortable' in my lower belly.

I have so far done 6 HPT's and all have come back negative, however I know something has changed.

I'm going to go to the doctors later in the week but I was just wondering if anyone else has been in this situation - Lots of negative tests and being late but still actually being pregnant?

It's getting me a little worried as surely I should be getting positive HPTs now?

Any advice would be great.

Thank you :)

You would expect a positive test by now...
the body can play tricks on you though, hormonal fluctuations, stress, anorexia, dieting, and probably lots of other things can cause lateness or absence of your period.
We're you trying for a baby?

Hey Lovelilies and thank you for replying,

I have to say no we weren't, but weren't not either, if that makes sense lol.

This is the first time I've been late and I'm normally very regular. I've not had any stresses over the last few months, if anything I've had less lol, I've not been dieting/changed diet, and as for hormones that one I can't answer lol.

I have read online that some people can get positive results early on and some don't for a month or more, so I'm still holding out hope. But ofc there's always that niggling feeling that it could be something else which I have atm.

Good idea to go see the doctor as I think it is possible to get those symptoms and negative tests if you've got anything from a bit of a virus running you down to an ectopic pregnancy.
Hopefully the doc can sort you out, perhaps you just need to wait a bit longer before testing as some women, as your research showed up, don't get positive tests early on, due to hormone levels.
Try not to focus and worry on it too much, hope all will be well.
