I have just got back from the midwife and am so incredibly fed up. This is DC2 and I was induced 3 years ago with DD1 was long and painful and all rather horrible.
I was sure that things would be different this time round but i am now 41 weeks and it seems like maybe it won't be so different after all. The midwife said the cervix is still high and hard so I was wondering if there was any point in me holding out hope for a natural labour or should I just try to come to terms with being induced on Saturday?
Just wondering about people's experiences. I've got a 2nd sweep booked in for Wednesday morning as well.
