30 wks pg with dc3 and it feels baby is lying really low.

She is head down and everytime she moves it feels so uncomfortable.

Yes! 34 weeks and I've felt like this since 30 weeks. It does ease off sometimes but not a lot. I also keep getting that 'turning screw' feeling which I think is baby's head engaging. It wasn't too bad with dc1 as at least I knew baby was in the right position for birth etc, but I'm having a caesarean this time so it doesn't matter!

Hopefully it'll ease off for you soon

Thanks. Hopefully for you as well Fobbly. I know what you mean by screw feeling - its almost eye watering at times.

A couple of times I have let out a tiny squel of surprise when she turns, I guess I'll get used to it!

Seems to be worse in the evening and at night when I'm trying to sleep.

I'm also having a section - unless she puts in an apperance before I'm due to have her.

Yes! Have also had this since around 30 weeks. Expecting DC2 and don't remember this first time round!

Me too! I'm 33 weeks and have carried low throughout. She's been head down since 25 weeks, and most of the movement now is this weird squiggly feeling low down. A couple of times last night it actually hurt when she moved her head, and I thought she might be trying to make a break for it early! Walking is getting difficult now, because it really feels like she's ready to launch, even though I don't think she's engaged yet.

You all have my sympathy! At least the heartburn isn't so bad though :)

Im only 21 weeks but i was told my babys head is lying really low down... i've now started getting abdominal pains which are getting progressively worse.

Please tell me this wears off :S
