Can anyone recommend something flattering?! All maternity clothes make me look 100x bigger! I'll be 21 weeks at staff do and 23 weeks at a Christmassy wedding. I'm a pre-pregnancy size 8 and am all bump. Help please!

Hi tea,
I have a black wrap around maternity dress from gap (£20) that will do for Christmas parties as it is quite low cut and can be dressed up with jewellery etc. Wedding is trickier if you don't want to wear an LBD! Something empire line?
Looking bigger isn't necessarily a problem so long as you feel comfortable about it - I often wear a thin belt just along the empire line which highlights the bump (23 weeks and as everyone likes to be tell me "enormous") jut shows that I'm still a size 10 elsewhere...makes me feel preggo rather than fat!

Have you looked at Seraphine? They have a "Luxe" range which has lots of lovely party dresses. Not cheap but really nice stuff.

TiffanyRose have some lovely dresses, they are pricey though.
Or Asos? Better price wise and have some nice things.

I second asos. And they have 10% off including sale prices throughout November using the code NOVEMBER10

Hope you find something suitable!

I had this dress for last Christmas when I was pregnant and it saw me through a few other "dressy" occasions too. I think blue would be lovely for a winter wedding.

I'm a size 10 and was all bump at that stage too and I got a lot of compliments.

Debenhams Red Herring has nice frocks and some lovely tops. And I got a jersey dress from Phase Eight last time I was pregnant. It wasn't maternity but it was perfect as very stretchy and comfy.

There's some nice Seraphine stuff on EBay.

I have a few ASOS dresses that are lovely for nights out.
