5 days of diarrhoea

Sorry for tmi, just wondering if anyone has any remedies for diarrhoea, currently just over 35 weeks and I've had (sorry!) liquid diarhhoea for five days now. Really not nice and its making me feel rubbish!

I'm not surprised, it's not the nicest issue in the world, Sad. Been stuck in the loo for an hour now I'm exhuasted and in pain.
