Have cold/flu symptoms - what can I take?

I am 26+3 and have horrid cold/flu symptoms (sore throat, exhaustion, blocked nose, cough etc) possibly side effect of flu jab last week, possibly just winter. Had been popping cold and flu pills (only a couple) until I realised this may not be the best idea. Think they are basically paracetamol, caffeine and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride. Any ideas?

Paracetamol and a hot bath. Don't think much else is recommended drug-wise in pregnancy.
Honey and mint are good natural things to take.

Would the flu jab make you feel thst unwell?

Get well soon!

Saline nasal spray. It's a revelation.

if you have a bad cough you can take Venos cough syrup. Was a massive help to me when I had a bad one a few weeks ago. Sorry you're feeling rough, it sucks! Can feel myself coming down with yet another cold and I just wanna knock back some lemsip :(
