I know everyone's different, but humour me and tell me when your morning sickness and cravings/aversions kicked in - I'm desperate to get it and actually feel properly pg! (Crazy lady, I know Grin )

Retching at strong smells from about 5 weeks. All day nausea, daily vomit and feeling awful from 6 weeks. Nice.
Hope that helps.

alice93 · 11/10/2013 18:36

I was desperate to get it, too reassure myself that I had pregnancy symptoms. I became nauseous at 5 weeks. At 7 weeks I was in hospital for hyperemesis, now at 27 weeks I still have to eat breakfast twice, as the first attempt doesn't always work out fine! Be careful what you wish for!

heidihole · 11/10/2013 18:38

Think it's normally 6-8 weeks. Don't worry. It'll come and then you'll want to die wish it hasn't.

LadyGoodman · 11/10/2013 18:40

I never had it even once Grin

wishingforwillpower · 11/10/2013 18:42

Nausea by five weeks, full on morning sickness by six. Never got sore boobs. Fatigue set in by six weeks too. How far along are you?

Smoolett · 11/10/2013 18:44

I wished for it and got it around 6-7 weeks and I still have it off and on at 19 weeks. Now I have heartburn as well, it's no fun!

bebopanddoowop · 11/10/2013 18:45

Nausea at 5 weeks, sickness at 6 or 7, severe sickness at 8... Now 13+4 and still really bad.

People that don't get it make me feel very stabby...Hmm

ForrinForrinerFromForrinLand · 11/10/2013 18:45

Mine started at 5 weeks, currently 9+ 4. My diet subsequently over the past 3 weeks has been pasties, sausage rolls, and Waitrose chicken stuffing sarnies. Absolutely no fruit or veg has ventured anywhere near my lips. Oh and the taste of toothpaste each morning guarantees a morning boaking session. Enjoy being sickness free while it lasts. Having said that I never suffered MS with my first so maybe it's Karma. Hmm

VerySmallSqueak · 11/10/2013 18:46

Never had it in either pregnancy - and definitely didn't want it either.

IslaValargeone · 11/10/2013 18:51

3 weeks after conception.
Could barely stand for the first 4 months of pregnancy I was so ill.
Four weeks before my due date I was hospitalised for dehydration.
It was bloody awful. I have had no more children.
There are better things to wish for to feel properly pregnant believe me.

Grumblelion · 11/10/2013 18:52

All day nausea around 7 weeks with only occasional vomiting thankfully! Had luckily gone by 15 weeks.

Toothpaste made me retch too - more it hitting the back of my throat than the smell/taste. Went off ALL food - could just about hold it together walking round the supermarket. No real cravings except crisps for a few weeks. Enjoy being sickness free while you can & congrats!

neversleepagain · 11/10/2013 18:58

Started at week 6 and was still being sick the day I gave birth at 34 weeks.

BeansAndCheese · 11/10/2013 19:04

I didn't have any last time and just a little nausea for a few weeks this time. I didn't feel like I missed out though! Plenty of other things to make you feel pg. Boob pain and tiredness!

ladylashes · 11/10/2013 19:05

All day nausea started at 6 weeks. Vomited for the first time at 10 weeks. Still retching at 11+2 with occasional vomiting but the nausea now only comes and goes (thank god!) xx

Audilover · 11/10/2013 19:07

The only one of my 6 pregnancies that I had nausea and sickness with was the one that ended in a m/c at 11 weeks. I didn't have any with y 5 full term pregnancies.

RaRa1988 · 11/10/2013 19:13

I'm 5 weeks on Monday. I remember it being really awful last time (lost the pg later on), but I kinda want it to 'feel pregnant' - I'd be oddly reassured by feeling like shit I think Hmm.

Am pg with 3rd and never experienced it luckily.

Writerwannabe83 · 11/10/2013 20:25

I felt nauseous from about 7 weeks pregnant. I only had two episodes of sickness, but both episodes lasted 3 days. The first episode was when I was 10 weeks pregnant and the next was when I was just over 12.

It is horrendous, it makes you feel like absolute shit - believe me, you don't want it!! In fact shit isn't a strong enough word. It really is awful...

Congratulations on your pregnancy though Grin x x

Slavetominidictator · 11/10/2013 20:53

I felt nauseous from the day my period was due in both pregnancies. I have read everywhere that you don't get it that early but it's how I knew the second time round.

DidyouseeEthel · 11/10/2013 20:57

Struggled not to retch during conception.

PistachioTruffle · 11/10/2013 21:23

It didn't!

RaRa1988 · 11/10/2013 22:19

Hahahaha Ethel Grin

haven't really had it so far, 19weeks, did throw up once last week - was so hungry and the bloody dinner was taking forever to cook, lol!

Norfolknway · 12/10/2013 10:15

I haven't had sickness in either of my pregnancies.

Felt nauseous 6-14 weeks ish with both.

morgs22 · 12/10/2013 10:49

started feeling nauseous and tired around 4/5 weeks and sore boobs at 5 weeks, didn't put any of this together until I was a week late for my period. the sickness comes and goes. currently gone yay for me but I start worrying something is wrong when I don't feel it Confused guess I cant win lol
