Feel like I've eaten too much sugar??

I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been feeling really weird since last night - feel shaky and a bit jittery, like I have eaten too much sugar. Eating doesn't seem to make any difference, despite trying different types of food. Does anyone know what this could be? Working full time so am worried about getting unwell and missing work too :(

Dont worry about missing work, you need to put your health first. I know the feeling, i ocasionally get this but only for an hour or so. Could it be blood pressure related?

I would say speak to your midwife and get yourself checked over just to make sure its nothing serious.

Thanks. Have a midwife appointment next week but will call her tomorrow if it hasn't changed

I 2nd just calling the midwife to check. Does sound like it could be blood pressure related maybe

Midwife recommended more carbs which seems to have helped - needed to even out blood sugar :)

Could it be low blood sugar. Hope you feel better soon
