It was normal for me. Rotten isn't it? it's not morning sickness, it's all day sickness 2 2 particularly bad spells in the morning and about 4pm.
There were a few pieces of advice which I found helpful - keep nibbling on things. Even if you feel nauseous try to keep eating. I remember being in tears over my evening meal with DH encouraging me mouthful by mouthful.
Sleep when you get that overwhelming tiredness if you can, but otherwise try to keep busy to take your mind off the nausea.
The advice to nibble on a biscuit before getting out of bed was rubbish- it all got spewed up. I found it better to get into the shower and dry heave for a while, and only then could I face breakfast.
Every day is one closer to holding a lovely baby so hang in there!

Also try sipping water & juice regularly to prevent dehydration. If your urine is very concentrated and you don't need to go very often, you need to drink more.
