21+4 weeks and period pains

I'm 21+4 and over the last couple of days I've started getting period-type aches and cramps like when I'm due on. Anyone else had this? Should I ring the hospital?

Ring your midwife, but its likely to be stretching pains. Mine have always just felt like period pains, and nothing to worry about.
