How long can you wear anti sickness armbands?

Hi all, does anyone know if there is a maximum time you can wear the travel sickness armbands? I've had them on all day and they are helping keep the nausea at an acceptable level, but they are feeling tight and uncomfortable now. I'm too scared to take them off though in case I feel really sick Grin
Is it ok to have them on this long or should I take them off?

24//7 for 4 months I managed. DON'T TAKE THEM OFF lol!

(Hubby wrestled them off me to wash them as they were turning black and we couldn't get hold of new ones.)

I just used to take them off to shower as was too scared too! I don't think there's any risk, your wrists just might get a little bruised if you don't have short breaks from them

You are so lucky ! My bands didn't improve my morning sickness at all.
