3-4 cm dilated due tomorrow no signs grrr

I'm due tomorrow and I'm 3-4 cm dilated but no other signs no contractions nothink. When will it start ? Or is there a possibility I could be contracting and not know it? I'm very doubtful that could be true this is my 4th baby and know contractions hurt.

As you know, normal pregnancies last from 37 to 42 weeks and it's easier to think of a due 'period' than a due date and then you'll feel less like a ticking clock.

And no signs? I beg to differ. If you're 3-4cm dilated and I'm guessing you've probably got a sizeable bump, there are a few undisputable signs you're having a baby soon.

Nobody can tell you when it will start. Some time in the next couple of weeks, if you're 3-4cm, probably sooner rather than later.

BTW I had no signs of labour either time. My waters just ruptured suddenly. 2nd time round, even when hooked up to a monitor showing I was having v strong, long and regular contractions, I couldn't feel a thing. This is the exception rather than the norm however.

Iv had my baby :D he's beautiful he was born yesterday 27th sept 2013 and was 9lb 8oz he's amazing so layer back I'm so sore but happy and I'm managing to breast feed I couldn't be happier

Congratulations!!! Wonderful news how was your labour? Curious as due dc4 in 12 days :)

It was all in my back (owwww) I was induced 2days after my due date they broke my waters and then I went on the drip it was quick compared to my other babies 5.45hours from established labour. I didn't have the best midwife she was tired and snappy she was on her 12th 12hour shift! I had gas and air and 1shot of pethidein (carnt spell sorry).
Very sad to say 1week later breast feelings not going well he has made me very sore cracked and bleeding nipples we introduced nipple shields but it made it worse he now only sucks the end of my nipple so makes me more sore and dosnt get any milk so we have been coursed to at first top him up but basicly now he's on formula I express as much as I can and give him that but I know that won't last for ever. He lost 4oz in his first 5days so being exclusively breastfeed for the beginning did him good. Good luck for dec Hun xx it's a amazing thing to go through and well worth it I'm so sad I will not do it again. I miss my bump a lot even though at the end I wanted it over.
