Literally as it says above Hmm I can fart like no ones business, but poo......oh no!!!!!!! Totally different ball game, my digestion must've slowed right down Confused does it get any better at all? I'm 14 weeks today

Ha ha! I know exactly how this feels.

I was taking loads of Fybogel and drinking orange juice like it was going out of fashion at your stage. Shredded wheat minis have helped me a lot with getting things moving but even at 28 weeks (tomorrow) I'm still a bit bunged up.

Drink loads of water too.

Oh and it does get better but things can slow down again later on.

I'm not a fan of shredded wheat unfortunately but am trying to eat as much fibre as I can :-/

I was like this too, it was dreadful. From about 12 weeks, I took a sachet of fybogel night and morning and it gradually improved. It did take a week or so to even start to work though Blush. I got it on prescription as I was taking so much. It did calm the wind down too once I got into a better pattern. Good luck.
