Is this a sign of labour?

I'm 36+4 and have just been hit with flu. I've consulted Dr google as I'm a bit worried

The only thing that seems to come up is ladies saying that this is a sign of labour! I've been getting backache and lower belly pain which wakes me up in the night other than that I seem fine.

Has flu symptoms been a sign of labour for anyone and do I need to see my doctor?

Not for me. Do the aches move or change when you change position or get in the bath? The ligaments might just be very stretched.
