so... if you have been induced before... were you again??

Hi everyone :) this is my third baby, my first i was a week over and my second i was induced at term plus 12... had any one been induced and then had their next baby without induction?? or even before thier due date??

I have a home birth booked and feeling anxious that i will need another induction.

First DC 10 days late and had to be induced, not very nice, epidural and then a forceps birth followed.

DC 2 natural birth with only a little bit of gas and air, completely different experience, it was lovely and quite quick.

I hope it all goes well for you this time.

I was induced with DC2 and DC4 but not with DC1,DC3 and DC5.
My induced births were completely different experiences to each other never mind the other 3 births!

Induced with no.1 at 40+13

Not induced with no.2, born a day after edd.

Hoping no.3 is early!

Dc1 induced at +15 and arrived safely by EMCS at +17.

DC2 arrived naturally 4 days early in about 7 hours without any drugs.

COMPLETELY different experiences, probably because DC1 was in a crap position (brow presentation), but I also did natal hypnotherapy and accupuncture second time round which made me feel much calmer about trying for a VBAC.
