spinningbabies.com am I just being stupid?

I'm trying to find the exercises on the spinningbabies website and can't! It's driving me crazy - am I just not looking in the right place? I have a back to back baby and this site has been recommended a few times but if I don't find the right page soon, I will cry!

Just wanted to say - I had a back to back birth and it was fine, so if you don't get baby to move then it doesn't necessarily mean a much more difficult birth.

The site has changed recently, if you do a Google search for daily exercises spinning babies it brings up a page with a whole list of exercises on it. You can also access the individual exercise menu via the techniques tab.

Spend as much time as you can on all fours, in the bath is great for this as you relax the muscles and ligaments more in the warm water making more space for baby to rotate. Sweeping/hoovering on hands and knees is excellent too.
