Natural remedies for thrush?

I've been on a long course of antibiotics because of a UTI that refused to go away and now I have thrush :( it's so sore and itchy (sorry TMI!)
Is there anything I can do without going to the doctors or will it go away by itself?
I'm working full time all week and have 2 separate hospital appointments next week so really can't afford to be taking more time out of work.
Thanks in advance

Not sure how effective this would be - but one suggestion I was given once was to dip a tampon in bio yogurt and put it inside you. Natural - no fruit!

The only way to really get rid is from the inside out.

Take oral probiotics. Eat probiotic foods like natural yoghurt and saurkraut. cut out sugar as much as you can as the candida bacteria in your gut is thriving on sugar.

Probiotic tablets.

Run, run, run to the shop and buy some.

I have had constant uti's during this pregnancy and lots of anti biotics. The resulting thrush was by far my worst symptom.

Tablets are the only thing that have helped. I ran out of them, didn't replace immediately, and BOY did I know about it.....

It's fine to use canesten or own brand equivalents in pregnancy. x
