Hi, im 36 weeks pregnant with non id twins, I already have a 2.5 yr old LO. About a week ago I had a ' show' and ever since Ive had a lot of pressure and pain low down, im finding it very difficult to sit and walk and even to pee which is frustrating! Has anyone else experienced this? I had a scan on wed, both babies are head down and ive been booked in to be induced but not for another week, theres still a possibility I will go into labour myself. I really hope I do as I cant take this pain for another week, any advice would be greatly appreciated x

Talk to your midwife?

I mentioned it to midwife/ twins consultant on wed when I had my scan but they are more interested in the babies ( which are totally healthy and in the best position for a natural birth! yay!!) but not too bothered about me, its very different this time round, midwives were lovely and chatty during clinic checks first time round but this time coz its twins its very formal and they talk to their notes rather then me
thanks LateBear x

Red - I at least partly feel your pain! I'm 35+6 with DCDA twins (could still be identical as we don't know sexes) and have a 2 year 10 month DD. Blinking hard work! Mine were both breech 2 weeks ago, but today are both head down. V "free" still though so no pressure really... Just aching vulval varicose veins... Nice. I'm actually still having a planned c section, even though they're now both head down... Really torn as I had DD naturally, but my v experienced consultant has said he thinks there are fewer risks to twin 2 with an elcs..... Anyway. Poor you! I know what it's like!

mine could still be id twins as we never found out the sexes either im so excited to find out who they are!! It is hard work though! Good luck with everything :) xx
