D&V in early pregnancy.

I am about 8 weeks pregnant, I think.

I made a chicken and chrorizo tart thing for dinner, using some defrosted chicken and pastry, and a few other bits and bobs. My husband is fine but I have had D&V for the last few hours.

I am a bit worried about it - is there anything I can take to help, like the little 'stop the shits' dissolvey things or can I not take anything? And I feel really incredibly bad, but I am generally feeling sorry for myself and a hypochondriac. How bad would it need to be to be a real worry?

Dont worry about your baby, it will be fine and unfortunately it will be you who suffers. I'm not sure about medication you can take but I think dioralyte is ok to be taken whilst pregnant. Keep yourself hydrated with sips of water, squash or flat lemonade.
