Have I 'lost it' on this bumpy road of ttc? Dreadful metallic taste and nausea today; really tired too! Could I be?? Talk sense to me and tell me straight that my mind is playing tricks and it is all too soon to symptom spot??? Anyone else experienced this?

It's still early days...however, I had the metallic taste for a couple of weeks after conception

I'd say it's too early. You get symptoms when implantation occurs and your body shifts into maintaining an early pg. That's a couple of weeks po, not a couple of days.

Doesn't mean you're not pg, of course. But wait until say 10+ days po before getting your hopes up.

I had metallic taste in month 2 of ttc. I googled lots trying to make in an early preg symptom, and found it could be but then so can anything if you google hard enough

That month wasn't my month though.

I was the same when ttc. I kept analysing everything and looking for symptoms. It was really stressful. But you are still early days and you could be pregnant. Like the lady above said wait 10+ days post po and test. Good luck Op, will keep FX for you.

I got that metallic taste in my mouth approx 1 week after ovulation and it turned out I was pg.. it was the waiting to do the test that drove me crazy! I also had sore boobs immediately at the same time.
