6weeks pregnant got period pains

Hi I woke up this morning my lower back is killing me and just have over all AF pains. Is this normal I'm 6 weeks

It was with me, in fact I was stunned I was pregnant at all as I had raging pmt and felt like I was due on. I don't know if that's usual or not x

Please don't panic! Probably totally normal. I had period like pains on and off for several weeks. As your uterus starts to expand even a tiny bit, you can experience all sorts of aches and pains. Try to think of it as your tiny baby settling in for the ride and enjoy!

Thanks was kind of looking I forward to not having period pains for 9 months lol I'm so scared something goes wrong. I have my doctors appointment tomorrow to confirm being pregnant

I had period type pains all the way through my pregnancy with DD1. It can be normal - just implantation and things stretching and growing.
