Pain to left underside of bump

Hello

I'm 41+1 so overdue, and have been up all night with a stretching/stitch pain to the underside of my bump on the left hand side.

It's been pretty constant rather than coming and going.

I had a stretch and sweep yesterday with the midwife telling me my cervix is still closed.
Any ideas?

Sounds like round ligament stretch pain might be what's causing that? It's exactly what I have (down both sides), but I'm about 18 weeks behind you...
