Yep, all normal. Eating less will make the dizziness worse, try to always have nibbles to hand as that will help ease both the nausea and dizziness - I find those packs of prepared fruit are fab, as I can just keep picking, also bags of mixed nuts (as long as no allergies) are good. Biscuits helpful but not so healthy... :)

Yes sounds normal! Like Rockchick said, snack often and keep hydrated. I had some dizziness that was horrible but try to keep cool as found the heat made dizziness worse. Take care!

I keep cooking all these nice meals making sure iv got veg on me plate, and all I manage to eat are the veg so may as well just make a bowl of veg lol, how long till the dizziness passes because I struggle to to do the things I want to go out and do with my son as have to sit down every 5 mins lol x

Last time I think for me it eased around week 12 but didn't feel right until about week 14. I'm 11 weeks now with DC2 and its not as bad this week but had been suffering since about week 5/6 - unfortunately DS1 has just had to watch more cbeebies than usual, can't be helped! Still been able to do a lot more with him than if I'd suffered badly with vomiting!

Defo normal! I hated it, mine lasted until about 12/13 weeks and subsided then along with feeling very sick but never being sick. I hate that dizzy feeling and had to keep sitting down and the best thing is to drink plenty as I think lack fluids makes it worse and eat snacks often, also actually lie down if u can eg when at home, my dd2 just watched tv at these points and now it's gone aim back to usual activities with her although now spd and sore hips have kicked in..the joys! Think I bloomed at week 18, now week 20....maybe will bloom again for five mins!!! Take care x
