Early pregnancy 1st time advice needed please

Hi ladies a am about 5 weeks pregnant I woke up early this morning with twinging sharp pains around my groin area and around my vagina ( had to actually pin point the pain) one of my boobs is so tender And sore is this normal

Could it be cramping? Ive had a lot of this from 4 weeks and am now 6+5 its easing off. Boobs also very sore (especially nips) almost immediately.

I'm currently 7+3 and a few weeks ago I was having pains and cramps for about 3 days. I had this constant ache in my groin area and it was making me a bit nervous. I was having to take paracetamol to take the edge of it but people on here and some of my colleagues reassured me that it was completely normal as the uterus changes size and shape.

Every few days I will have a sudden twinge or ache but I now don't worry about it. My boobs started changing the day before my AF was due and over the space of a week they increased in size, my areolas got bigger and the glands started appearing. My nipples also changed shape and became very sensitive. After about a week the strange sensations changed a little but I still have the odd day of then tingling or itching.

I'm just letting my body get on with being pregnant , I'm sure it knows what it's doing

I did think cramping buts never had it like that before. I think I am over worrying already I don't have any other symtoms like nausea I guess I just panicked. I am such a control freak and I am totally out of my comfort zone now lol
