Stomach pains 7 weeks pregnant

Hi, I am 7 weeks pregnant with my 2nd (1st is 17 months). Having pains in my stomach (behind belly button). It feels heavy & just aches. I do not remember this first time around; is it normal? Thought I'd check on here before turning into a complete drama queen ;) Thanks in advance.

More likely to be digestive if its behind your belly button, your uterus is still firmly low down tucked inside your pelvis at this stage.
