Can stretch marks um, rupture/burst something like that?

Had a few big stretch marks I'm 37+1 thought I was doing well...

Woke up this morning and there's 100s of tiny ones so think he's had a good shunt down.

3 of the original big one have little amount of dried blood running along them not a lot just up the length of each mark. Keeping an eye on it for now but has anyone else experienced this

Someone I know who was pregnant with twins and very large had cellulitis [I think thats what it was?] and her skin did start to break down.

Is it possible that the blood is from you scratching them while you were sleeping?

I don't think so amber they haven't been itchy at all and I sleep very still, same position as I fall asleep I wake up. And none of the area of normal skin is red or anything..
It literally runs up the length of stretch mark, after bath the blood come off its just slightly scabby like its been pulled apart x
