Hi All,
I have one DS (19 months old) and took folic acid and a multivitamin throughout my pregnancy although I was already 7 weeks when I dound out i was pregnant and hadn't taken anything tablet wise prior to knowing i was pregnant at 7 weeks. Forgive me, but i cannot remember what tablets i took! I am wanting to start trying for baby number two and will be coming off the pill in the next couple of months and want to start taking something as soon as we start trying. I was in the supermarket the other day looking at the pills that contain the 400mg requirement (i think it is) of folic acide but can't find or rememeber what i took. Is it Sanatogen Mum ro be or Pregnacare that people are taking now? Please can people let me know what they are taking now and exactly which one so i can go look and be prepared. Many thanks

They are all much the same unless you want extras like omega 3, which is easiest to find in Pregnacare Plus. Other than that, sanatogen mum to be, pregnacare, own brand pregnancy supplements, they all contain pretty much identical ingredients!
