For the first time in weeks I don't feel exhausted.

I would take this as a good sign normally that the first trimester symptoms were passing but for the past couple of weeks I had found lying on my stomach uncomfortable.

I know you are not meant to lie on your stomach but sometimes I do it without realising.

I am now worried this all means something has gone wrong.

What do you think?

You're being daft Wink

Seriously though, at about 12 - 14 weeks, the placenta kind of takes over and gives you a rest. It's totally normal :) try not to worry :)

I was the same as you always worrying that something was wrong the second I didn't feel sick anymore. My symptoms were on and off and from about 14 weeks I've felt pretty good. I'm now 20 weeks + 1 day and had my anomoly scan yesterday.

I'm still a worrier, I think its only natural but I'm sure you're fine.

My symptoms vanished overnight at 14 weeks. I stopped being tired and had loads of energy and no more MS. A bit unnerving until you start to get a bump though. Tummy pains prob just stretching.
