This might seem like a silly question BUT do symptoms such as exhaustion, sickness, bleeds etc through pregnancy have any effects on your baby long term? X

I don't know about bleeding but my misunderstanding is that the sickness is actually a good sign your little one is thriving - horrible though it is!

I don't know about long term but your level of sickness doesn't mean anything. People have had missed miscarriages and still been really sick, and people have had healthy babies with no sickness. It just depends how your body reacts. Not trying to worry you, just wanted to say :) best of luck :)

Not really but there are a few exceptions ia my best answer.

Sickness in itself (even over the whole pregnancy) won't harm baby or have long term effects but having HG can as your body would become dehydrated-but they can treat this with drips.

I had 2 bleeds and spotting throughout my pregnancy which is scary after having previously miscarried.

I also had sickness for the whole pregnancy and birth to the point where the day after i gave birth i weighed myself and was 3 stone lighter than before i got pregnant.

I have a very healthy active and happy 7 month old baby girlGrin oh and i also have the 3 stone back Hmm
