Clear Blue Digi Tests & Other Pregnancy Tests

Ok Im soo confused right now. Ive bought a £ shop test and a very super faint 2nd line came up on friday. Today I done a Clear Blue Digi and said Im Not Pregnant? Im 5 days late. Dont feel any diff but Im weeing for the UK plus I am getting the diarrhea nearly everyday over the last 3 weeks. Do I need to go see GP? Is Clear Blue Wrong? Am I pregnant? xxx

Did yor Clear Blue have a second test in it or just one? Did both tests come up negative? I would probably do another Clear Blue. I believe a positive results is normally true and rarely wrong where as you could get an error on the negative result.

I have used Clear Blue and for me they have always been accurate. Good luck.

I used 3 clear blue and all were negative! Waste of 30 quid!!

I knew I was pregnant so waited a couple days and bought a First Response test and it came up positive! I am now 26weeks pregnant!

Just wait a few days, buy first response, I would possibly call the doctor about your toilet issue, they can also do a pregnancy test for you if required, although you do have to wait for the tests to come back

Also when I used clear blue tests I would have been 7weeks pregnant so quite shocking they didn't pick it up

Wow. It's amazing how they vary. I used the ClearBlue day before my period was due and got a positive. Try the early response Op. my friend used it and it worked for her...

I used clear blue digital and got a 'pregnant' straight away. If it were me i'd buy loads and try them all lol

thanks everyone, It was a double pack I done one last night neg and one 5am this morning! Ive very slight cramping but had that for a few days. If I was coming on Id get cramps on day of period or even no cramps. I just wanna know Yes or No so I can restart my mini pill xx

I used five clearblue and all came back negative so I got a first reponse and it came up both lines straight away xx

Maybe wait a couple days for your HCG levels to increase if you are pregnant and do another test. Alternatively see if you can get the doc to do it however I know mine said there was no point as the over counter tests are just as sensitive now. Only other test is a blood tests to check HGC levels but they generally refuse to do these...

The pound shop ones are done of the most sensitive. They often pick up 10ml of HCG. Clearblue on the other hand pick up about 25ml I think so if you have a very faint line on the pound shop I'm not surprised the digi is negative. Try another digi, a first response or a Superdrug which all detect lower amounts of HCG. Good luck!

Also, do you know for definite you're 5 days late? Do you know when you ovulated or are you just going on last period? If the latter, then you might not be as late as you think you are.

for this one im expecting now i used cheap pregnancy tests off ebay 5 for £4 it was and they worked right away ive also used clearblue digital which have worked but i was about 1 week late when i used mine i did the cassette cheap ones from the day i was due and they got darker each day i was addicted to testing so tested every day for 5 days then did my clear blue lol i know when i ovulated though id wait a few more days and re test
