Nearly everytime I move to stand up, sit down I have a pain in my lower belly, going straight across, worse if I try to bend down.. Felt sick a couple of times... Baby's movements are fine so not worried about that. Anyone had this? Don't know if I've pulled something? Started off as more of an ache about an hour or so (lunchtime-ish) after having a bounce on the gym ball! Turned more into a pain when it happens in the last 2 hours.
