10 weeks and suddenly symptoms have eased - anyone else?

I had a mmc at 11 weeks end of feb but bean only about 7 weeks.
Now 10 weeks and good scan at 8 but tiredness and nausea so much better in the last day. Should I worry (because I am)?
Sorry to be a worrywart, thanks for your advice x

I hit 12 weeks exactly and all my symptoms disappeared. It's completely normal.

I asked this same question when I was 10 weeks! It's hard not to worry but don't assume the worst. It's most likely that your symptoms will be back with a vengeance in a couple of days! The body can get used to its hormonal state for a day and then they increase (especially Hcg) every other day.Smile

I'm 11+6 and my symptoms come and go. Some days I'm constantly throwing up, other days I'm fine.
I think around this stage the placenta starts to take over so you're not 'feeding' the baby yourself anymore IYSWIM so it's completely normal for your symptoms to ease off.

I do empathise - I had a MMC last year at 9 weeks, I am now pregnant again and this time when at 11 weeks all my symptoms disappeared I was terrified. I went to the early pregnancy unit and they did a scan and reassured me that all was fine. So if you are really worried I would say try them, they were completely understanding given my history and although I had to hang about for quite a few hours I felt so relieved.

I am 16 weeks now and starting to relax and believe this one really might stick!

I think a MMC really undermines your confidence in your body / instinct and MC generally is more traumatic than I ever understood previously.

Thank you all so much for your replies. As predicted symptoms have returned today and I have also needed the toilet more (new to me)!
Fidgetpie's post I think sums up the lack of confidence I feel in my body at the moment. On reflection I feel like I will fail with pregnancy again. I just won't be able to believe my luck if all goes to plan.

I am so glad u posted this. I'm 11+4 and all of a sudden I'm feeling much better. It's been worrying me, but so lovely to hear that this is normal. This is my 3rd pregnancy so u would think I'd know what I was doing this time round, but just can't seem to stop worrying. Xxx
