I have a bad cold can I have olbas oil?

Anyone used it in pregnancy I'm 21 weeks tomorrow.

I used it, I couldn't see how it could do any harm, and there is nothing on the bottle to say not to. From my sample of one, it hasn't caused any problems. Smile

I use the inhaler one all the time (from about 6w) as I suffer from blocked sinuses as soon as I'm pregnant! I used it all through my first pregnancy too and 3 yo dd is fine!

I have used it during my pregnancy - it works really well if you put a few drops in some hot water and inhale the vapours...although whether or not you'll feel like doing that in this weather is another matter!
